How do I pay for a product purchase?
We offer you multiple payment methods. Online payment by Credit card, Debit card, Virtual wallets, UPI Etc as a prepaid option. If we are not able to pay prepaid here is an another great option available of Cash On Delivery.
What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our Portal, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-O-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep without any hassle, But Here you might have to bear cash collection charges which courier company charges us in return
Are there any delivery Charges?
Bazimaar bears the delivery charges in most of the products as we dont believe in putting this burden on the customer, though there are some products which are bulky in nature so in such products Bazimaar might charge a nominal delivery charge from the customer
Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we will notify you via an SMS. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address
I was not at home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?
The field executive will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you If we fail to deliver your order after 3 attempts, the product(s) will return to us and our support team will get in touch regarding non delivery of product.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
You will get a call from our support team regarding cancellation confirmation, and fund will be transferred to your account within 15 working days.
How do I track my Order?
To keep a track of your order, follow the steps.
Visit baazimaar.com and go to my account.
Login with your registered number in account.
Click the register case button of the product and select delay in delivery. Our executive will call you and helps to track your order.
